Smoke Sealing
When a fire occurs, whatever does not burn is left with smoke and soot damage. For example, in the before photo, the front porch of this home survived the flames but was left with black residue at the top. We came in, cleaned the smoke and soot damaged area, then sealed it with what we call "primer". That is the final step of fire restoration. Although we clean the affected area, it is still left with the smoke smell. We know that the smell can bring back memories of the incident. The primer seals the smoke smell so once you return to your home, it'll smell "Like it never even happened."
