This 3 story home suffered water loss due to a toilet overflow. The overflow caused water damage in 6 rooms! First thing is first, as soon as the home owners discovered the water all over their home, they called SERVPRO of Benicia/Martinez/SE Vallejo of course! In the before photo, notice that the nice wood flooring they had in one of their affected rooms was pretty wet, thus damaging the wood for good. In the after photo you can see that the wood flooring had to be removed completely in order to properly dry and prevent further water damage like mold. The home owners were very pleased with our quick response and how well we dried it all up for them. Another satisfied customer equals success in our book!
