During the rainy season, the inside of this home suffered water damage due to a leak coming from the roof. The roof needed to be repaired in order to stop the leaking, but the rain was forecasted to start again soon after we arrived onsite. The owner would not be able to get his roof repaired in time. He wasn’t sure what to do. Luckily for the owner, he had the pros from SERVPRO there. We were able to come up with a temporary solution. We covered the roof with tarp to keep the water from coming in until he could get his roof repaired. Luckily the idea worked, we were able to get his home dry and prevent any water from coming in in the meantime. The customer was relieved, and we were happy that we were there to help.
