When Water Strikes your Carpet

When water wets your carpet, we definitely want to start by extracting the excess. Depending on the category of water, a simple dry out may be needed. If the water is affected with category 2 or 3 (considered to be dirty and toxic) we  recommend that you tear out the carpet and pad as it can be highly contaminated and get new carpet.
