That is why we at SERVPRO follow a 1-4-8 policy.
Our 1-4-8 service response policy dictates:
Within one (1) hour from the notice of loss, a SERVPRO Professional will contact you to arrange for service.
Within four (4) hours of loss notification, a SERVPRO Professional will be on-site to start mitigation services (if necessary.)
Within eight (8) business hours of on-site arrival a verbal briefing of the scope will be communicated to the appropriate person.
*Exceptions may apply under certain conditions, such as a local catastrophic event or storm situation.

Having a quick response expectation and protocol helps our team get to your property and help reduce the damage of your loss.
